About our Corflute® Signs
Our Corflute® Signs are the genuine Corflute® corrugated plastic product which is manufactured in Australia by Corex. They are printed in high resolution full digital colour directly to the Corflute® on our high quality UV flatbed printers to provide you with the best quality available.
While corrugated plastic signs are generally regarded as a temporary product, the extra UV inhibitors in the Corflute® material can give you 30% longer lifespan than the imported product. Now your real estate signs and promotional signs will look great for even longer!

Frequently Asked Questions
What radius do you suggest for rounded corners on Corflute® Signs?
The radius of the rounded corners can be specified by our customer to suit the design of the sign. We normally recommend 30mm as a suitable radius.
How long will the Corflute® Signs last?
As we are using the genuine Corflute® corrugated plastic which is manufactured in Australia by Corex, we are able to provide you with a 2 year warranty on our digitally printed Corflute®Signs. If the signs are always outdoors and exposed to UV, we warrant the signs to last for 2 years (and you won’t get that from your imported corrugated plastic signs!). If they are used indoors they will last for years!
What size are the clear eyelets?
Our clear eyelets have an external diameter of 25mm and an internal diameter of 12mm
Should I specify the direction of the flutes?
It is important to let us know if you need the flutes to run in a particular direction. This could apply if you are using the corrugated plastic sign with ground spikes (in which case you would need vertical flutes so the spikes can slide into the flutes), or if you are attaching the corrugated plastic sign to a single vertical post or telegraph pole (in which case you would need horizontal flutes to provide extra strength and prevent the sign bending around the pole). If you do not specify a flute direction the signs will be made with the flute direction that provides us with the best yield.
Environmental Considerations
Corflute® is made from polypropylene which is a recyclable plastic resin. The plastic resin is identified as a category 5 product and most local councils will offer to recycle these products, please check with your local council on how to do so. The clear plastic eyelets can also be recycled in the same way.
The UV inks that are used on the Durst P5 printer meet the following certifications:

All Corflute® waste that occurs throughout the printing process at Easy Signs is recycled with a third party company where it is granulated and used to make new corrugated plastic sheets, meaning that no waste ends up in landfill!
